Brand Ambassador

A brand ambassador at our company plays a key role in growing our presence across digital and real-world communities, acting as a passionate advocate for our mission to create deep, meaningful connections through AI-driven matchmaking. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand growth, influencer strategy, community development, and the dating tech industry. The position reports to senior members of the marketing team and collaborates closely with creatives, marketing strategists, and fellow ambassadors.

Roles and Responsibilities

Brand Representation & Advocacy

• Act as the face and voice of Love Story within your local and digital communities

• Share your experience using the app and promote our mission of authentic, long-term connections

• Create engaging, relatable content (social media posts, videos, stories) to drive brand awareness

• Host and attend community events or digital meetups to introduce new users to Love Story

Community Engagement & Growth

• Build and nurture a local or niche online community of users and supporters

• Spark conversations around dating, AI, and online safety

• Gather feedback and insights from users to help improve the app experience

• Participate in group strategy sessions to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns

Digital Strategy & Content Creation

• Monitor relevant trends across dating apps, pop culture, and Gen Z social behavior

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate and co-create campaigns

• Use your social media following to amplify the brand message with authenticity and creativity

• Track engagement metrics and help measure the effectiveness of ambassador-led efforts

• Support partnerships with influencers, creators, and brands aligned with Love Story’s mission

Required Experience, Skills, and Capabilities

The candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university

• Previous experience in community leadership, social media content creation, or brand ambassadorship is a strong plus

• Active on major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.) with a consistent posting presence

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both online and offline

• Self-motivated, creative, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations

• Passion for the dating space, digital culture, and shaping the future of online connection

• Ability to work independently and manage projects in a flexible, remote environment

Full Stack Developer

A full-stack developer at our company primarily engages in designing, implementing, and managing our online dating platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the latest technology trends and develop unique solutions in the online dating industry. The position reports to senior members of the development team and works closely with all members of the team regularly.

Roles and Responsibilities

App Development & Maintenance

• Collaboration with design team, evaluate new features, and implement them into the app

• Discussion and review of user issues, work with team members to solve issues and implement new features

• Maintaining a database to track and solve bugs, manage software versions, and handle user issues

• Monitoring app performance through review of reports and interaction with users

Platform Analysis

• Participate in all aspects of platform analysis, including user behavior study, market analysis, A/B testing, and user feedback research

• Gather information from the user base and industry experts

• Research and interact with users to understand their needs and enhance user experience

• Research potential competitors and their strategies

• Work with AI/machine learning experts to evaluate and improve the app's matching algorithm

• Perform data analysis to guide feature development and user experience enhancement

• Help prepare internal development documentation and technical memos

Required Experience, Skills, and Capabilities

The candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor degree in computer science or a related field from a top-tier university, master's degree will be considered an advantage

• 4-5 years of experience as a full stack developer, including but not limited to app development, server-side logic, and user interface design

• Previous experience in tech startups or top tech companies is highly preferable

• Fluent in English and other programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS, Ruby, etc.

• Passionate about the digital industry, app development, and entrepreneurial initiatives

• Very strong work ethic, a strong communicator, and a fast learner

• Analytical and well versed in constructing logical code structures, defending design choices, and troubleshooting issues
